Loving-Kindness/Muscular Relaxation
This exercise was kind of difficult for me. There was so much going on with the CD that it was hard to concentrate. I do feel that I practice Loving-Kindness on a daily basis. I am a giving person and I take the time to care for others and show compassion. I take time for myself, too. If I did not, I would not be the person that I am today. If we do not take care of ourselves, how can we take care of others? I really enjoyed the previous exercise so much more. It really taught you how to relax and just let things go. I practice that one quite a bit. Sometimes it is hard for me to relax because I am always on the go and seem to have things to do all the time, but it does come in handy when needed. We all need a break once in awhile.
